There are so many great museums in New Hampshire and New England, how could we choose just one? The Friends of the Milton Free Public Library have set aside $500.00 per year to reimburse patrons for visits to New England museums!
Regional museums, much like your local library, are a great cultural, educational and recreational resource. The Friends of the Milton Free Public Library have created a small fund to encourage patrons to visit some of the many wonderful museums throughout New England. To be eligible, you must be a library patron with no outstanding fines or fees on your family’s cards. Reimbursements will be made on a first come, first served basis until the fund is exhausted for the year.
You can use this refund program at hundreds of museums throughout New England, including, but not limited to: The NH Farm Museum, The New England Aquarium, The NH Children's Museum, The Museum of Fine Arts Boston, The Currier Museum of Art, Strawberry Bank Museum, The Christa McAuliffe Planetarium, Canterbury Shaker Village, Mount Kearsage Indian Museum, Museum of the New Hampshire History, Old Sturbridge Village, or the Portsmouth Museum of Art.
